Waiver and Release Agreement for BYO Cake Club events

Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Bring Your Own Cake Club event, you understand and agree that:
- fiber_manual_record This is a community event where cakes and other food items are prepared and shared by individual participants.
- fiber_manual_record The organizers do not inspect, prepare, or guarantee the safety of any food or beverages provided.
- fiber_manual_record Eating food at this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reaction, or choking.
- fiber_manual_record You voluntarily choose to participate and consume food at your own discretion and risk.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to attend and participate in the Bring Your Own Cake Club event, you agree to release and hold harmless:
- fiber_manual_record Bring Your Own Cake Club,
- fiber_manual_record Going Guymon LLC,
- fiber_manual_record and their owners, organizers, volunteers, and affiliates,
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to illness, injury, or damages arising out of participation in this event.

Personal Responsibility
- fiber_manual_record You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding what you eat or drink.
- fiber_manual_record If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to avoid foods that may cause a reaction.
- fiber_manual_record You agree not to hold the organizers responsible for labeling, preparation methods, or cross-contamination of food provided by other participants.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.
